the correct quantities allows you to get the correct pricing from the start
without delays in waiting for a salesperson to find the time to come and
measure. If the installer does not
have all the correct information about what is needed to complete the
installation of your new materials, it can cost you time by having delays in
completing you job.
As a former
installer I have the experience to figure pattern repeats, seam placements,
transition pieces all of which add up to making your job go smoothly at time of
installation.
Money—Having the right measurements will save you money in not paying for
more then you need. In the event that you do not figure the job correctly, it
will cost you in ordering more at a higher price for a small amount to complete
the job. If you are not aware of special conditions that your job may have like
special furniture or floor preparation it will cost you more at time of
installation.
